Edit: Nexon can't tell time for shiet.. very confusing. They fail to see that once it HITS 12:00 AM it's the NEXT day.. so if they posted Wednesday 12:00AM do they mean THAT day or the NEXT?...get what i'm saying? lol

So, the real days, dates and times are:

Thursday, July 30th, 00:00 ~ 08:30 PDT
Thursday, July 30th, 02:00 ~ 10:30 CST
Thursday, July 30th, 03:00 ~ 11:30 EST
Thursday, July 30th, 07:00 ~ 15:30 GMT (This timezone doesn't excist in summer Nexon, gratz!)
Thursday, July 30th, 08:00 ~ 16:30 GMST (Yay for summer time!) => UK / Ireland / Portugal
Thursday, July 30th, 09:00 ~ 17:30 CEST (Yay for summer time!) => Continental Europe (The Netherlands, France, Germany, etc)

I'm so pro for using military time + naming the correct day + date! Nexon should hire me for this!

According to Nexon's PDT time it should start and end on the 29th though. They either have their own time wrong, or the time in GMT. And well.. they must be very stupid if they'd get their own wrong. So I don't think it'll be on the 30th, but 29th.

Just look at last servercheck's notice:

Started at the same time, both thursday for PDT and GMT. Times were correct for that servercheck.

So for PDT, it'll probably be today (midnight) and for GMT tomorrow morning.

12:01AM Wednesday is one minute after 12:00AM Wednesday.

The day starts at 12:00AM and ends at 11:59 PM. If Nexon has their PDT times correct, it will be tonight.

For the people confused about times, never look at the GMT time, it is invariably wrong.

Patch should start in 14 hours 25 minutes from this post.

No. They seem to think GMT is 31 hours ahead of PDT.

This is the most surprising thing in the world to me. I don't know how old you are but I'd assume at least 15, so you've gone through at least 15 new years and you've never once noticed that people shout happy new year at 12:00 and not 12:01? It is really surprising to see how many people in this thread don't understand this, really!

Well SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE..i celebrate new years differently. I always do it at 12:01 not 12:00 AM, it's tradition for my culture. And your assumptions (and you know where assuming gets you) are wrong actually of my age. It's a COMMON mistake to mess up on time, no matter at what AGE you are. Give people a break.. this doesn't include Nexon b/c they do this majority of the time..:f6:

If your all worrying about time(s), it's tonight. They have corresponded a Combat Arms patch with this with a bit better detail on times.

Combat Arms will be going through a content update on Tuesday, July 28th, 2009 beginning at 11:59pm PDT.

This involves all game servers and will last for approximately 8 hours.

I don't know how old you must be, probably over 20 and very lonely but to jump on someone for a simple mistake exposes your own lack of maturity. Shes able to admit her own mistake. Are you able to correct someone without jumping down their throat?

Hahaha what an unnecessarily defensive response. That is an awful lot of excuses for not knowing something simple as when the day begins which isn't even that big of a deal, I was just very surprised that so many people are unaware. It is fairly uncommon for people over the age of 11 not to be able to tell the time and that's the only assumption I made (is that people around here can tell the time. WHOOPS LOOKS LIKE I WAS WRONG THE EGG'S ON MY FACE HUH???)

Also I still don't see how you can attack nexon for making time mistakes "most of the time" when you have just claimed your 'culture' celebrates new years at the wrong time EVERY YEAR. Maybe it's their culture give them a break jeez.

Anyway you shouldn't have edited your original response (the one I am quoting is an edit) because the first one wasn't nearly as ridiculous as this one and wouldn't have even caused me to respond since my post wasn't an attack but rather a commentary, but you chose to take it personally.
