Magatia quest string has a level limit?

Alright so I've been working on Magatia quests and ended on "Zenumist and the Missing Alchemist" with Carson.

I've clicked pretty much everything inside the house, including the candle and nothing happens.

I've spoken to Parwen, and finished his quest string at "The Secret, Quiet Passage". Now I can't speak to Parwen at all, infact he doesn't come up as an NPC anymore.

I'm pretty stuck and no other NPCs offer any sort of help. Is this because I'm level 136 and way past the level limit of 75?

Will my "Zenumist and the Missing Alchemist" quest be stuck forever?



Yes I'm panicking because I'm an OCD freak.

Haha, I managed to do the same thing. Wasn't fun for my guildies... being spammed about it and all.
