Eliminating King Sage Cat -stuck

I don't know if this quest is currently glitched, or only works at certain times or if I am just missing something stupid. I finished the first part where you bring 100 cat dolls to Do Gong. Then the quest text says:
'After casting spells on those cat dolls, Do Gong wanted me to head to Goblin Forest 1 to see if the spells were casted right.'

I go there, but there doesn't seem to be anything to do. (This is the map where King Sage cat spawns, I believe).

StrategyWiki is also kind of vague at this point:
'Talk to King Sage Cat who is located deep in Goblin Forest'
Well you can't talk to a monster, but there is an NPC version of King Sage Cat aka Master Goblin two maps further on. But if I click on him he just gives text saying what a pacifist he is. No sub-quests start or end.

Help???

uh, a lightbulb should appear over your head when you enter that map, where King Sage Cat asks you to come see him.
if that's not happening then it must be broken right now.

Yeah, you should get a lightbulb by entering Goblin Forest 1. I just did this quest on my Hermit last week, so I highly doubt it's become broken since then.

OK, thanks for prompt replies guys, I was indeed missing something stupid.
I'm a victim of light bulb fatigue. With all the events plus that sunday sale announcement glitch I got used to ignoring the light bulb and not trying to get rid of it. And so with the lightbulb already present, there was no announcement when entering the map.
