The Vision Bleak (Like, strange... just look for She-Wolf of Kthulu)

That band sounds like some sorta-Heavy-HorrorPunk Band.

They're from Germany, and are something like "gothic metal", I don't remember the actual classification. I find it fun to listen to especially since I'm interested in all that horror stuff.

I listen to alot of HorrorPunk and Psychobilly.
Not for the Horror aspect as much but the general style really suits me.
If you like Metal and Horror check out Monsters and Blitzkid

I don't "love" them, but I do listen to them, Necromass. They aren't too bad for death metal but I have never heard of anyone else who listens to them (then again, I did find them looking for Italian death metal). I'm also starting to listen to Shai Hulud but I never seem to meet people who know of them (or if they do, I don't know they do).

Edit:

are VERY very well known.
Who the Hell does not no the BEEGEES!

All That Remains is fairly well known also (they got into Guitar hero 2 so the people who have played through that have at least heard of them). Even my girlfriend knows of them, and her knowledge of metal bands is laughable.

It's odd how MANY of my friends find me weird for listening to any one of those bands.

They refer to the following as such:

C&C - Rock wannabes
ICP - Psychotic idiots
Beegees - Old news

So yeah, I guess the real world is more different, hehe.

Also note that, they have never heard of either one, 'till I make them listen to them o-o.

Machinae Supremacy is fairly known because of Hybrid, which was on the ITG games. Same goes for All that Remains with guitar hero...

Good band Big Grin Surprised someone else knows them...

Everyone around here knows who they are... It's mostly because of Lady Venom, Fuel Injected, Deep End and Breathe (with Nelly Furtado... That got loads of radio play because I think it still counts towards the canadian content quotas)

Who is well known or not really depends on localization. Around here, practically no one knows Cold but I know they've had singles in the States, including collabs with Weezer & Staind. Their earlier stuff was way better than the later stuff Sad

Anyway, my list would include
- Evans Blue (band out of Toronto)
- Emil Bulls (German band... also the best cover of "Take on Me" that I've heard)
- Channel One (Local band.. don't expect anyone else to know them)
- Breaking Benjamin (well known in the states, I think?)
- Chevelle (also known in the states, I think)
- Cinder
- Downface
- Hurt
- Flaw
- 40 Below Summer
- Institute (Bush's lead singer's band after Bush, before he went solo)
- (I know there's a bunch more but I'm not at home so I can't check my music library and my mp3 player is only a gig Cool )

- Rare to see Coheed & Cambria fans.
- All That Remains
- Insane Clown Posse
- Dark Lotus
- Hillsongs United
- Pantera
- Skid Row
- Beegees

I have a lot more, most of which being 60s - 80s disco/rock/whatever xP.

I live near Detroit and have been listening to ICP since ohhh the late 90's. I met them when they were nobody. And the last few are pretty well known, or so I thought :f6:

Anyways, my fav. not well known band/person is Citizen Cope. I loooooooove him. Amazing.

Damn good band. Just saw them live, at the Mayhem Festival. xP

ANYWAY - As for me... Incidentally, they all have the same lead singer:

Maniac Spider Trash
Frankenstein Drag Queens from the Planet 13
Murderdolls (Should be sort of known, to Slipknot fans.)
Wednesday 13

Also- I guess you could put Motograter... they had one hit on the radio here... but other than a good friend - no one I know seems to know who they are. >_>
