"Normal" Attacks Slower in Pirates Transform

Issue/Problem/Bug: While in Pirates Transform (only tested Marauders), using some skills are noticeably slower than out of transform.

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
While using Transform, I noticed that SSK was noticeably slower, possibly 1.5 to 2 times slower than it should be, possibly as slow as without booster. Ive only really noticed it while using Somersault Kick.

I'd also like to add that using buffs while on a rope during Transformation lags considerably.

This is exactly why I'm NOT making a Cygnus Striker... It's gonna be shietloaded with bugs again... in gMS...

And Nexon is apparently unable to fix their own game time after time after time...

That's been around as long as pirates. Shikage said that it was much slower when he got to Marauder, and that was before pirates were even in GMS. This speed difference bug has only emerged since skills were allowed to be used with Transform.

This glitch really sucks. It makes using Transform for free Haste pointless in third job since it slows down your most-used attacks. What the heck am I supposed to raise after my energy skills? Oh, and I'm almost positive it attacks the same speed as SSK attacks without booster.

Yea, im thinking either this, or that when transformed, it negates the attack speed of the knuckle (for the affected skills) and automatically makes them used as if the knuckle was "normal" speed, and booster just brings it up to 1 speed or 2 or whatever behind what it should be.
