FrozNlite, is your ass made of solid steel? I've always wondered how people can grind for so many hours at a time and not get uncomfortable.

Haha! No, it's flesh and bones, but I did take breaks during that time...albeit only for 30-60 min at a time. Like how people unknowingly move in their sleep, I do the same while training and sitting. Sometimes I slouch, sometimes I sit up straight, etc...it helps xD.
