I know this thread is basically Mardia only, but...

Someone named "iDryHump" on Bera went on a smega spree the other day. Apparently, Nexon banned him and then forgot to change his name. He sent in a ticket though, so I'm not sure on how that ended.

They seem to have randomly stopped compulsory name changes.
I know of several temp bans that were banned for inappropriate name but had no further action taken. Inconsistency is what Nexon does best!

I was hoping one of you had an idea about that.

It can't even be to hide from the public because their own retarded stream of endless smegas immediately identifies them to even the stupidest Mardians (who still fall for their crap anyway, but then I did say stupidest).

This guy....... I swear he gave me so much trouble back when he was 10x. I really don't remember exactly what it was, but he was in TF back when we HT'd and I think he was a scammer. Good to see him "disappearing": makes me feel less crazy.

I expect him back by 8 pm tonight really.

Although he gets banned often enough maybe they'll escalate him to a longer ban period.

His last was 30 days.

I don't understand, why keep track of every single ban? If some guy gets a 3 day for telling another person to f**ck off or KSing someone who's insulted him, is that really that big of a deal? Hackers are another story, but I don't think this is solely a hackers' ban list.

The script doesn't determine whether anyone is legitimate or not.

Eos only can tell if the player disappears or reappears from the ranks.

Disapperances can be for deletion or bannings.

Appearances can be for leveling to lvl 100 (and falling within Eos's script parameters) or being unbanned.

Eos has no way to tell how long someone disappears for, or for what reason.

And all the tracking is done by a script Eos wrote that does most of the work.

To be slightly more accurate - I have no way to tell h ow long someone will be gone for. Obviously I can tell how long someone was gone for, when they reappear. ie: I can only observe the past not predict the future.

To be technical, disappears and appears occur due to world transfers and name changes too, they just have corresponding appears in different places or as different names.
