Monster Book Compensation

This is actually really, really nice. Everyone who whined about the glitched book can cease fire, because this has to be one of the first times I've really seen Nexon truly compensate something, on top of their usual "HERE'S SOME MAPLEPOINTS" routine.

Also, to clear up what the "and some Monster Cards" means in the message, I looked at my boss card page and they were all at "2" instead of "1", so I'm assuming they randomly added individual cards to what you already had.

Now all we need is someone to test if the new cards still glitch.

I randomly got Maple Points.
I didn't get any notice, and I wasn't even affected by the bug.
So yay..?

It does feels A LOT more like you're actually being compensanted when you get a specific note when you log in. I'd never expect anything like this from them. I didn't even notice my book was glitched because I don't care about it. Agreed that it's very nice of them.

The 2x drop card will activate as soon as we enter the cash shop, correct?

same, i got so many cards after june 23rd .

Dear Maplers,

Those who were affected by the bug that caused your monster book to become corrupted have been compensated. For the users who had at least one newly added monster card should now have:

1) Roll back to patch before 6/23.
2) +1 card per category the user had during 6/23.
3) +2 card per new cards as of now compared to the rollback data.
4) 2x Drop card, everyday, 30 days, 1pm~5pm.
5) 3000 MP
6) An additional Birk card, Yeti & Pepe card, & Blue Dragon Turtle card as an added bonus.

i guess everyone who got the compensation logged a ticket or left the name on nexon forum.

I didn't get anything, but at the same time, I have a maxed cold shark and oracle of regrets, so no complaints. The glithc only really affected my skeles and my pap stack, which I plan on getting back anyway, so no big deal on my end.

I didn't get the shuffle and didn't get the compensation yay =D.

At least they didn't give me stuff I didn't deserve \o/

I got no compesation at all and my cards actually got shuffled again.
Some ppl didnt send a ticket and they got their compensation so I guess Nexon chose random users? :f6:

Well, I got compensation on my sin for only having 2, yes count em, 2 Poison Forest Golem Cards and they're still there:http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a334/z.../book1.jpg

I'll certainly go try to find a random Ellin Forest card and find out for you

Oh yes, I didn't send in a ticket or anything either. Must've got lucky. Anyways it's too early to celebrate I'm just happy to have a free 30 day 2xp drop.
