Im having a problem with downloading stuff

Every time I try downloading Monkey Story, it stops somewhere in the middle and it says this file could not be verified and it has the run button, I hit run and it tells me MonkeyStory16[1].exe seems to be corrupt, It worked the first time, and then I couldn't find it so I went and re-downloaded.
( this also happened while downloading the beta sugar rush )
So please please please, does anyone have a sollution to this?

You can go ahead and close this thread, my problem fixed by itself.

Find a mirror or just torrent (assuming Monkey Story is free).

I tried it with a mirror, and yes it's free, it's a player created game, I'll go try a torrent site, thanks.
Edit : Couldn't find any torrents, and it didn't work, is there a way to fix download options? It stops in the middle area, but it acts as if it's complete, and tells me to run it, and then tells me the file's corrupt.

It could be a virus, so do a thorough scan. It could also be related to a faulty file being hosted, which since it is apparent in Sugar Rush, I doubt that. Try to use Firefox if you don't already. It sounds like the download does not complete, so does your internet randomly pause or disconnect for short periods of time? I don't know what exactly would cause it to stop halfway (although I get it rarely).

Im using IE, i'll try and use firefox if it doesn't randomly stop, lol.

Still looking for a way to edit download options or a way to get rid of this, and be able to download stuff from the net again

Try and download a torrent of anything, and if it doesn't work I'd have to say its somehow related to crappy internet or a virus. If it does work I'd say its related to either IE or a virus. Check for viruses, some of them do strange things.

Not a PS, It's a game like maple story, but you play as a lupin and you're not online, maybe i'll turn off Kaspersky and Windows firewall and see what happens. Crappy internet yes, but the first time I downloaded it worked, and I got in, but I closed out and I couldn't find the file, I went into the prefetch, deleted monkeystory16[1].exe and retried it, but it didn't work. I'll come back when I turn the firewalls off and see what happens.
