Well, I guess word has gotten out in gms and ive noticed dimond prices are upto 800k-1m. I have 300 or so stocked up but am thinking about holding off on selling them. Do you guys think they are going to go up any more or should I just sell off now?

so many people stocking up, its not even funny. i find it stupid how noobs look at an fm price and try to sell it for that ammount. lol someone tried to sell me diamonds 2m just now

I actually feel diamond prices will go up the least when Maker finally gets here. Way too many people have stocked up.

You guys are better off stocking Power/DEX/Wisdom/LUK Crystals. In MSEA they're worth more than Diamonds because of the fact that they're the second best type of ore for Maker, and also because they're rarer.

They're actually the best, considering any equipment can benefit from them, vice only weapons for diamonds.

Uhh, diamonds aren't even 800k (refined) in MapleSEA Aquila.. Only about 500k? o.o

Agreed. I have 3k Diamonds saved up (bought them @ 50k a piece), but I plan on selling them the week before Maker is released In Scania, of course...

FML! Time to sell 2 weeks earlier?  Regardless, since I bought them for 50k a piece, I would be happy with them selling for 100-200k, let alone 10x that amount. The former part is practically guaranteed.

while its harder to predict what will end up happening in the larger servers, in the smaller ones like bellocan its not hard to image diamond ores inflating to 100k+ ea.
even before word got out about maker, there wasn't many ores to buy floating around free market as it was. this is especially true about mineral ores. diamonds in bello already topped out to 300-500k each during the exp quest glitch and there wasn't near the amount of demand that you'll see with maker.
even in the larger servers theres a big variable with the amount of meso people are holding atm (esp due to the white scroll/meso event). theres a lot of people in this game sitting on a billion + meso with nothing really to buy + given gms' love of anything stat related.
maker will help drain the game of some meso and eventually prices will lower, but it will take some time.

Haha, every time i open a shop, i drop a few hundred refined diamonds into my shop, all for 2 mil each.
Since the first time I was actually buy diamonds, and upto now, diamonds have easily gone from 50k~100k to 500k in most shops, ill even get a buy or two when i put them up for 1 mil, but those are probably desperate buyers.
On patch night, i plan on opening a shop with maybe half of my diamonds in for 1.5 mil, staying open right til patch, and the next day, im putting whats left up for 2 mil each and lowering from there every day or so.

haha i wonder whats going to happen. i mean their going for 500k right now. might as well wait it out till after maker. if theres an inflation before patch, ill tend up selling.
