No way to know until Nexon does it. KMS gave free slots, used the original system. MSEA used the original system, didn't give a free slot.
It was confirmed by tehmatt (120 soul master in KMS) that brandish maxes at 30 with no strings attached. He also confirmed that soul charge is holy element.
He posted a pic somewhere, but i forget where.

His pics in the levelup thread have obvious damage increases with Soul Driver where he is hitting Bonefish, dunno about Brandish pics.

Not to mention that he's probably not dexless, and i don't think his blessing is very high.

And he doesn't have a MoN. Dear god, I can't wait for +15 and +10 (or more) from that alone. I purposely bought a weak but cheap ST because of that. I plan on appx 60 base Dex (more than covered by Cyg extra AP) and 60 from gear, ought to be set. Oh, and yay 15 accuracy too. And free acc for my DrK too. And attack. Damn you for re-igniting my anticipation...

I was planning on just going dexless/20- dex. Acc is easy as hell to get and the damage would be unbelievable. I could care less about acc for my bucc, but the 13 acc for a dexless warrior is extremely valuable. :3 Not to mention i plan on getting to at least 70 by the time those tubes are unavailable. I only need the tubes until 64 anyway because i got a 94 attack 2h sword lined up that should cure my acc for a long while.

Wow, unless his hits on Gobies were REALLY unlucky, then that's a 50% increase in damage, just like Holy Charge.
And, I guess it is true that KoCs need more EXP than Adventurers, i divided out his exp by the percent and got roughly 8.3mil exp to level. And on HS.net, that's the regular amount needed for an Adventurer without the new EXP Curve.

He probably was basing it off our current exp curve (EXPlosion) without realizing it.

Wait, unless my calculations are wrong, Soul Masters are quite... overpowered.
Figures:
Advanced Combos (10 orbs) - 180%
Soul Charge - 120%, 150% Elemental Advantage
Brandish - 460%
This comes out to be 1490.4% for Brandish, whereas normal Hero Brandish is only 988%. This is Holy Weak by the way. On neutral monsters, it would be 993.6%.
I think something's not right here, I mean, 14.9x damage?

The only 2 things they lack is a Rush skill and the ability to kill anything they want (aka monsters / bosses above lvl 120 with high avoid).
But yeah, for most people that's just fine...
It just sucks for lvl150 adventurers that see their own damage being crushed by lvl 120's...

They also lack stance, powerguard, and guardian (making them a lot less defensive, and more of a pure ATT class).

Soul Charge is supposed to be 125% elemental advantage but hmm..
Soul Masters are the only Cygnus class that has more attack power than its Adventurer counterpart, but not by much. 50% elemental advantage would be a bit much, but not too useful except at Skeles I suppose. On neutral monsters they'd still be outdamaged by mid-13x Heroes (they have approximately the attack power of a 135-136 Hero with a Holy element).
@Devil - for a melee class Rush is preferable to a nerfed FJ (have to jump shot it, has a 2 sec cooldown? I believe).

Just a small question, Cygnus Knights don't need mastery books, right? Or should I B > TT20 starting now?
Another thing regards the skill Blessing of the Sprite.
When Cygnus Knights updates get implemented, will the skill pop up in every character's skillbook, Cygnus and Adventurer and maybe Aran alike? If that is the case, I will need to save points on my main Adventurer for the skill, will I not?

No, the level depends entirely on your other characters. You can't put points in it. It's like the mount skill, you just get it.

Soul Master is only 1242% on Holy targets. Still enough for a 120 Soul Master to outdamage a 148 Paladin on single Holy targets (Blast vs. Brandish) or a 176 Paladin on single neutral targets...

No, they don't need mastery books.
Blessing of the Sprite will pop up in everyone's skill books (at least if they make a Cygnus Knight) and will have its points added automatically. If you watch this video and pause it at 2:05, you'll notice that his freshly-made Cygnus Knight already has level 2 Blessing of the Sprite. Besides, it's a beginner skill, so you couldn't save up points for it if you wanted.
Does anyone know if Soul Driver is affected by attack speed? It's so slow that it's hard to tell. Also, that screenie sort of proves that Soul Charge is holy element with 1.5x damage (5171 damage on the Bone Fish is almost exactly 1.5x the 3438 damage he did on a goby), but then what is the "elemental bonus"?
