I recommend a little of my personal favorite band; The Cab. They're pretty great, and they keep me grinding lots while I train.

Lets see...

'The Academy Is...' is a pretty good band as well. Good, fast paced stuff.

And that's all I can think of atm.

Well I have almost 800 hip hop and rnb songs. They help me grind for atleast 6 hours straight (until my butt hurts). Do you listen to those types of genre?
