Maxed Snipe's Cooldown still isn't 5 seconds

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

A few patches ago, many skills were changed, including Snipe. Its cooldown when maxed was changed to 5 seconds. The problem is that the skill still can't be used after 5 seconds, but there's a delay of about 1~4 more seconds before being able to use it again, as you can see in THIS video.

Well, I think this is not intended, because in the skill description it's written "5 seconds", when it actually isn't.

Please look into this as soon as possible. Thank you.

This is server latency - the same thing happens with Octo, where the cooldown is 10seconds, but is in reality 12-13.

Isn't snipe supposed to be 4 seconds? lol It looks like it's four seconds to me. When she used it the first time, I counted 4 seconds and the cool down was over.

This problem occurs with all cooldown skills, as far as I know. My Octopus, Gaviota, and Air Strike usually take 1-2 seconds more to finish their cooldown.

if you notice carefully, the cooldown still has a small line after 4 seconds, which should only take 1 second for it to be over, but takes anywhere from 1 to 5 or so.

This probably happens to make buffs have a blinking effect. If you notice, buffs actually last a little bit longer than how long they actually last due to blinking, but sometimes, they blink for a really long time, sometimes, they barely blink at all. The same is true for cooldowns except the blinking doesn't show up. If 5 seconds have passed since your last snipe and you have a blinking buff, you'll notice that the buff disappears and snipe cools down at the exact same moment. kMS just bandaid'd this by making it 1 second shorter but didn't actually fix the problem, and MMs and corsairs there have the same issue. I doubt nexon america cares at all. If we get modified cygnus skills (the weakened ones after official release) with our next patch, 4-second snipe has a chance to get copypasted over, so just hope for that.

I see. Thanks for clarifying this. I posted this on NEXON Forums, anyway. Hopefully they'll come out with an incredible lolwut solution that will perfectly resolve the issue so that they will even surprise NEXON Korea with their great coding skills.
