Asiasoft worse or Nexon America worse/better?

I'm a SEA player so... i'm talking about Asiasoft

Although Asiasoft has given us cygnus very early, they have technically stopped on banning any hackers whatsoever. Many hackers have been hacking infront of legits and not caring at all although some reported tons of times, nothing happens.
2x exp event :
More hackers roam and nothing done......... Maple lags blabla .... Mass disconnections when server is full . Technical 2x error =.= .....................
No one is getting banned these 1-3 months. No matter wad stuff they do, the only ban that was used was autoban .........

so lets talk about them

NA let hackers run rampant for a looong time. Horntail was killed every 20 minutes in all...9? servers. The hackers don't really bother us during 2x since we have the mini-dungeons. We do dc a ton...NA fails there.
