A flame wizard gets meteo at level 110, right?
If I save points 100-110 can I max meteo at level 110?

- Start saving SP's at lvl 94 ~ 100 to max the "1st Ultimate" skill at lvl 100
- Start saving SP's at lvl 104 ~ 110 to max the "2nd Ultimate" skill at lvl 110

That's nice ^_^ I think I'm gonna make a flame wizard. Are the bosses hard at lvl 100/110?
And can cygnus wear normal equips? like maple weapons?

Yes. All flame wizards can wear traditional mage equips, warriors with warrior equips, etc.

I'm not sure if this'll work or not, but since i'm from europe and can't make another whole new account, i've had no choise but to use character extend. Now the issue is my hero is on block#3 and i'm aiming to get the Noblesse skill; therefore the character is going to have to be cygnus and HAS to take block#4 which is on the next page. Would this or would it not still work?

Poison Sling stacks with venom to create an extremely powerful poison. It's only drawback is overkill - there aren't any monsters below the 120 range that having so much poison stacked would be useful.

I think you're misunderstanding how much damage Poison Sling and Venom do.
You learn Venom at 110. By then, you shouldn't be using Poison Sling to train. It only has one active chance to inflict Venom. You should probably be able to do the same amount of damage, if not more, in a single Triple Throw, as well as having a chance of inflicting 3x Venom.

Like I said, it would be more noteworthy if we had monsters with a lot more HP in the 12x level range. Say, 500k HP monsters. The extra poison damage would make a difference there. I understand that as of right now it isn't very significant.

Sorry if this has been answered already, but I'm new to the site.
I was wondering, Brandish says "Max Level: 20", but there are 30 levels in the chart.
And I also heard on Basil that a SM's Brandish can only hit 2 monsters, so I was wondering if Brandish really is level 20 max.
I should mention, in all the SM videos I've watched, Brandish hit 3 monsters.
I really want this confirmed because the main reason I'm making one is for Brandish, because it is a fun skill to spam. And of course, the rest of the skill set is amazing too.

I have a question, I'm sorry if it has already been answered.
Now with the original method of character creation, accounts on other severs were given an extra character slot to create their new KoC characters. Will this new method mean that we may not get an extra character slot, and we will have to buy the NX item that gives an extra character slot? Or is this completely up to what Nexon decides to do on the day?

MSEA used the original system, didn't give a free slot.
