Can the perm ult. Overalls be repeatably gotten?

You'll have to give 5 each time for the Earrings. On the 20th time you give them you'll get the permanent ones. You can collect 100 first though, and then hand all of them in after eachother.

As far as I know you can get more than 1 of all the agent equips. I got 2 of the perma earrings right now.

It seems like in most PQ's the scrolls only drop from the Boss. So you best bet is HPQ.

Are you sure you aren't getting him confused with Dances with Balrog? Because Blackbull works fine for me.

We certainly need to find someone who IS willing to test it, then. As I'm curious to if you can re-obtain it, too. Considering I'm gonna try to scroll it nicely and would like to get a fresh, new one if the scrolling doesn't go well the first time.

I'd recommend scrollingt he level 30 one on a day of monsters. It's so easy to get 50, and I'm having tons of fun using the agent chaos scroll on them, though they havent turned out that great so far

I was wondering this too, and im willing to test it. I tried to scroll the ultimate agent suit to make a nice int overall. The overall went from 3int to 3 int to 5 int to 0 int and i stopped there --"
If someone can confirm that i can still get the perma agent shoes with the lvl 30 overall, im willin to drop my lvl 50 one to see if i can reobtain it.

Yes, you only need either the level 30 or the level 50 to get the perma shoes.

Okay, I got my 3000th point today, and now I have 3 Ult. Overalls (threw one of them away ).
You can get as many Ult. Overalls as you want. 1000 points per.
You don't have to drop your old one to get another.
