Not even great art. I honestly could do better, and I don't consider myself an artist.
This person is just insecure. . . .
There is so much wrong with her work, I do not know if I can sum it up in one go.

Keep in mind that I had to cut a LOT out due to size/basil's filters. Honestly, I am terrible at drawing; but some of my contours/required figure drawings from a mandatory elective are better.

So you're actually an art major? Can you find my threads created in the Open Canvas place and give me some critique on them? I've never really had much to work with. If you do, just PM me your opinion to avoid serious necro-posting.
On-topic: TC sucks at art. There's this guy on Basil who does ball-point pen drawings that make me fall off my chair in amazement.

I go to an art college, however my major is metalworking/sculpture. I have taken a few critical drawing courses, so I actually do know how to draw; I just hate working with 2d and/or using computers to aid in the creation process. I could deffinetly crit some of you work though. Just PM me with the links and I'll get back to you. I need sleep ._.

I hate doing 2d on paper, but it's tolerable with Gimp. I LOVE working with wire to make sculptures, but unfortunately had all of my old work trashed by an ex girlfriend.

I love working in paint and/or pencil. I've even done something in coloured pencil. I don't mean to sound like I'm putting down computer work, but I view non-digital as a lot more skilled. It's much harder when you can't push
ctrl + z.

Computer work enables people with less talent but more creativity to come into play, no differently than someone making a collage-picture (magazine cuttings, newspaper clippings, etc). It's less "skill" but it still requires creativity and thought to turn out nicely. But yes, for actual skill, hand-drawn (including tablet work) is more definitive.
