Summer is here. It?s time for a break?from school, job, and even from the MapleStory grind!



For your leisurely pleasure we will have FIVE Fridays during which 2x EXP will allow you to level up in half the time you normally would.

So, on Fridays from June 26th to July 24th, we?ll have SIX hours of 2x EXP fun!

This is the breakdown for your mini breaks:

Take a break from grinding! By grinding even more. Holy pomegranate Nexon. It's like Anniversary all year long.

You can't take advantage of 2x events without 2x cards?

I am laughing in real life right now at this. At this rate Nexon will add a 2x event every weekend till the end of time.

You can't take advantage of 2x events without 2x cards?

Not talking about myself, talking about what other people are going to do. By spreading it out like this Nexon makes extra $$$ off a 3rd card that people wouldn't need to buy if these were back to back.

One thing i do like about this, is that now i can be on 2x later, and probably not worry about being ksed.

love how people whine about free things. nobody is obligated to buy 2x cards. i sure as hell am not =p last month's 2x event drained all my will to train ;D

ontopic:~ for some reason, i thought the event was about blocking your account for XX hours so you can take a break from maple LOL! the event title is so misleading ;x

Hm, well.. not sure how I'll be able to take advantage of this. Maybe I'll force myself to APQ a bit more to afford scrolls to MTS.

Interesting......except the fact that Nexon broke it into little sections.

Well I feel like people can complain about the company no matter what o_O. I mean there are some who say this is bad cause people are going to have to go buy 3 different 2x cards each day (which they aren't obligated too) and that people are going to play too much (hence the wrist breaking comments) but when we have a normal 2x event, people complain about the times being bad for them.

We should just accept the event for what it is: I kind gesture from nexon trying to get better public relations with their userbase (which has been declining for quite a bit). I mean compared to mid 08 and before, nexon has been pretty good to us.

Only redeeming thing is that it is only once a week...and as usual I cant make any of them due to the times.
