Hidden Notices also why would they even hide them if they're notices >.<

Notices are posted invis by default so admins can "preview" them before releasing them, make additional changes, set additional options, etc.

This lets the communication team post all their crap hours, or days, in advance, then leave the tech team to make them visible overnight after they're done with SC/patch/whatever rather than paying both teams to be up all night

there always could be 2nd line for the server list. No big deal, they always re-design when they release a new server.
