Resurrect: how long after death, at most?

Question in title. In other words, once a character dies, how long can it wait as a ghost, and still be Resurrected?

I think 5minutes is the max (Zakum), but at other bosses it can go up to 10 minutes...

Another question this brings to my mind: a ghost can be Resurrected as long as it is on the map? Or can there be a situation in which the ghost is still floating there but the bishop can't res it (and not because of res cooldown)?

Maybe because something about the skill is annoying and hard to use.

The only reason I can think of that you couldn't res is if you were out of range, last week at the end of cwkpq, 5 people died, they were in a group of 2 and a group of 3, I chose to res the group of 3, seeing as they were the majority, and the other 2 out of range were not ressurected. And you know, you might not want to res in certain situations, where if they were ressurected, they'd die again, like if they died on the body of Zak.
