Tenderizing is lame; how can you flame-broil the fish without finishing it with the proper roast? Leave that to the F/P XP.

Tenderizing is lame; how can you flame-broil the fish without finishing it with the proper roast? Leave that to the F/P XP.

F/Ps don't cut up fish while cooking, so the outside is nicely burned while the inside is icy cold. Also, you haven't had insanely chewy beef have you? o.O
