CR = # of wins/completions? So for PPQ S rank, you'd need to do 100 PQs, complete at least 80 of them... and have the 3rd hat? Or am I reading that wrong?

Yeah, it means you have to try 100, complete 80, and have the 3rd hat.

I'm pretty sure it's the 4th hat otherwise why is there an equal.have0.

I think the numbers for Ariant PQ and Monster Carnival represent % wins rather than total wins. VR probably stands for "victory ratio." So 140/200 wins for Monster Carnival and 40/100 wins for Ariant Coliseum.

That makes more sense... o_o I thought 70 was a little too low for 200 completions.

Yay, I finally learned how to create tables.
I can confirm that CR isn't amount of complete. My Henesys PQ of 1/3 resulted in F-rank for less than 40% win rate.

NOTE: Your rank may go down if you fail a lot. For example, 90 / 100 in Henesys PQ counts as S-rank, while 90 / 101 doesn't. 91 / 101 does, though. If you do Henesys PQ 200 times, you must complete at least 180. 90% is 90%.

I'm fairly sure they completely removed the Ring Reward from MCPQ2.

That ring has nothing to do with MCPQ2. They just used its image as a place holder in Tespia. It was changed from a ring to a pendant anyway (Chaos Spiegelmann Pendant).

It's not a ring from CPQ 2 it comes fromone Magatia Quest.
The Ring from CPQ 2 add to att/m.att nor to stats like Int and Dex
