The Father Of Modern Science -Quest?

I remember doing this quest a long time ago on my old shadower. but the problem is I do not know how to activate it again on my new character. I have done all of the quest that Sabitrama has given me to do and still no luck... If anyone can help, that would be great. Thanks.

Make sure you have all the pre-reqs. There're 2 quests need to be completed before that quest.
