So I was wondering... What exactly counts for this medal?
I know HPQ, LPQ, OPQ, MCPQ, and PPQ are in the quest window. I'm guessing CWKPQ isn't in the window, and I know LMPQ isn't, but are EFPQ and MPQ in it?
This is bad for me, if so. I missed LPQ and MCPQ, and that means I need to get an S rank in EFPQ for it... and I'm level 54. 
I know it's not such a big thing to miss out on, but I'd really like to have it, just for the sake of collecting it.

Not sure about EFPQ, but I would assume so. MPQ does count.

My buddy had to complete HPQ 95 TIMES in order to get a S rank.

Err... maybe I should abandon all hope for EFPQ and just hope they eventually make a higher level PQ?
..the likelihood of getting an S rank for OPQ is pretty low as well...

Did you get a necklace? That is part of the quest rank. But you have to buy it yourself with your own coins, I'm pretty sure, for it to count.

I'm pretty sure you'd need to do the 100 total thing.
CR = # of wins/completions? So for PPQ S rank, you'd need to do 100 PQs, complete at least 80 of them... and have the 3rd hat? Or am I reading that wrong?
Yeah, good thing I abandoned this earlier... 100 of each PQ is a bit too much.
