I'm gonna have to ask someone close to me to play my account lol. And I'm pretty sure Maker will show up sooner or later. There's bits of the UI in the data already, so who knows?

My theory is that this is a two part patch. The events will run through the entire summer but mid-july we'll see a patch with something new to tide us over, which presumably would be maker or a new masteria area.

Then, I would say, we'll get Cygnus on August 25th. The two month patch date is sort of a give away because it gives them the necessary time to hype people up and be obnoxious about it for two months.

Releasing KoC in mid-August is not smart, because a lot of people don't have that much time to play then (start of new schoolyear) compared to mid-july...

Exactly, it's a hook for the next year. It's assumed that people will play all summer, but once school starts back up, a lot of kids might neglect the game because of their studies. Releasing something as major as Cygnus almost guarantees that a lot of people who might not otherwise play... will.

Because they totally nerfed the Anniversary event and all the other events they stole from KMS...

Oh wait, that never happened. It's not gonna get nerfed, it would require too much work on their part to redesign the entire event, if they were going to go to all that trouble they may as well make a whole new event or tie it to Masteria (Agent Falcon's MBI anyone?).

I bet it wouldn't be that difficult for them to modify the event to never give out permanent equipment. That's all they'd need to do to make it give no lasting benefits that might possibly decrease their gachapon revenue.

No defense kind of sucks but whatever. If I can't make 11 dex+ earrings I guess I'll just give them to my STR dit and try to equip the level 60 gear with 4 base STR and 40 base dex

And to think that when MSEA got our epic patch, some of you were like "I rather they release part by part... no more content left to update in the next few patches..."

This is hardly an epic patch. MuPQ + TT + maker is an epic patch. Hypocritical my ass.

Maker could very well be included in this patch as well. And the Boss Rush and pretty similar to Mu Lung Raid anyway.

Exclusion of MuPQ makes this not epic. Boss rush is not the same, and hardly as good for me. In fact, it's absolutely worthless to me JUST BECAUSE I CAN'T GET 5 STAT BELTS FROM IT. To add to that, maker is useless to me as well because i literally CANNOT UPGRADE ANYTHING without those damn belts. I would rather JUST GET MuPQ than maker + TT. I can't really train very well at TT, and like i said, i can't upgrade with maker until i get a 5 stat belt.

Lol, I'd still be the one to say this is too much content, but then again Elin is nothing special, and we didn't get a permanent Mu Lung Raid, we got an event style one, and we also didn't get maker or KoC, clearly not as great as your patch, but very acceptable.

Edit: Takebacker, gotta be honest, you're getting a little bit TOO QQ. The earth doesn't spin around you, and most people are satisfied with this patch. Bite the bullet.

IsaacGS, is that mount obtainable from Ellin Forest?

One thing I didn't understand from that other thread... are there 2 PQs included with the Maple FBI dudes, and you get hat from one (killing bosses + getting 1000 points) and earring from the other (killing regular mobs) or do the scrolls to trade for the earrings drop in the boss PQ?
