I plan on Soul Charge first for Himes, then Combo for a damage boost with it. Obviously going for Soul Driver for 7x-8x.[/COLOR]

I kind of jsut went with the flow. Originally, I thought soul driver would be the best skill to get. However, I don't think it anymore. It doesn't really get better than soul blade untill it hits 6~7 monsters. I actually got it to level 21 and then worked on combo and soul charge. I then got combo to level 15 so it'd give me 5 orbs. Then I maxed soul charge. Then went back to combo and finally maxed off driver. Also, this was a mistake since now I don't have enough skill points to fully max brandish sicne I was under the impression that brandish was awarded with a mastery level of 20, however, this is not the case after further research.

tl;dr: Get some combo first. It increases your damage by a lot. Soul driver isn't really useful until it gets to a high level.

No, it is holy. It is just 25% elemental bonus instead of the usual 50%.

when was that thread made?

changes could've happened, and it seems appropriate for Soul Warriors to have the holy element, hence the name.

I know what it says, but that doesn't mean it's true. I have first hand experience -- I can test it. I killed normal mobs (mask fish) and got damage that matched up to the 120% bonus just for having soul charge on. Then I went to bonefish since I was in Aqua Road. I recorded some numbers, and they were about 25% greater than my numbers at mask fish. Then finally I ran up to Orbis to test against a holy-strong mob (pixies). I got about 25% reduction. These numbers were checked by Setero, and they were close to the theoretical numbers he gave me for all three situations given my current damage range. Finally, look at some of my past SSes, you can clearly see that I have an average attack that is higher on the bonefish.
