Getting Pieces of Cracked Dimension?

Once you've completed the quest to defeat Papulatus and get that 30 fame + exp + Ludi cape, how do you get more Crack pieces? I can't figure it out. >_<

Every day, talk to that guy in the hat, then go over the the other clown on the <-

It doesn't work? O_o Am I supposed to collect items, turn in that Dark Tachion, or anything else? I'm lost with this. Lol

He also doesn't give you more crack if you're holding some already. But the quest is re-doable every 1 (or 2) days.

I don't have any pieces and all he says is "I'm Piero who protects the path of time."

You just drop your pile of crack on the ground, get the quest, reloot it, and then complete quest

Quest is once every 24 hours. If you can't get crack 24 hours after you last got it, I guess completing quest does stop you. I havn't completed it for that reason

I've gotten my 30 fame and ludi cape and I'm still able to get more crack. Perhaps jMS is different?

I can do this in GMS too. I get a new Crack every 24 hours when I'm down there. You just can't be holding other ones in your inventory. Put 'em in storage or something.

It used to be that you could only do the "Lost Crack" quest which required you to not have finished the quest chain and got your Ludi Cape. Now you can do the "Papulatus's Counterattack" quest, which you can do after you get your cape.

Perhaps JMS doesn't have Papulatus's Counterattack.

perhaps you can get somebody to sell you some crack.

since this topic came up, I think it's worth noting that kMS changed the piece of cracked dimension recently so that you can only hold one at a time. stock up while you can, the change didn't remove the stacks retroactively.

How are people supposed to fulfill their daily requirement of 2 Paps then if they can only hold one, like for Latanica? Guss you can always use 2 characters to get the crack.

Even with all my stacks of pieces, I'll have to run out someday. And when I do, that will be gay. It's not like it will stop anybody from doing two Paps per day (solo), so I dunno why they'd bother. It's just going to annoy the hell out of me because I'll have to go on a different character, get a 2nd piece and transfer it over after I do the first Pap. Is it supposed to encourage going with someone to Pap or something? Anything besides wasting our time? Because I'm not seeing it.

It's like Captain Latanica (summoning item one-of-a-kind)... At least its quest is easy and repeatable infinitely per day on the same character.

Yeah it is. At least, it turns out that's the way it is. All those boss slayer medals seem to be from killing 100 of the boss inside the Dojo. And I think they're time-limited besides? Only one with good stats is the one from the final panda boss.
