What is "Black Armour Piece" used for?

If it's not used for a quest it's naught but some random pointless ridiculously rare ETC drop that some monsters give. I can't recall any right now cause I don't care about them, but there's a few around.

Trixters used to drop a strange key that absolutely no use, my friend still has one of those and he claims they will have a use someday...

You also need a Flaming Feather to make a Black Feather, which is used for another quest. No idea which, though, I procrastinate on all the old Victoria quests just because they're so damn annoying and pointless. "Kill 500 Red Snails, Lupins, and Tauromacis! Collect 100 Jr. Balrog balls! Thanks, have 800 exp and a defense scroll!" After 2 hours of hunting stuff for a level 50 quest I should at least get 150k exp or something if not a 60% weapon scroll or SOMETHING that might make me feel like I didn't TOTALLY waste my time.

Old quests in general are pretty bad... either they were absolutely impossible for the level they were available (like the insignificant being one at level 50) or the quest would require an absurd ammount of time dedicated (nependeath's juice, among others) or yet they just give pitiful rewards (pretty much all old quests), hell most of them are classified in all 3 categories.

Weren't those keys used for the scrolls GM's gave out in their events. Well at least I think the girl in Ludi asks for keys...as opposed to Mr. Pickall who akss for other things to open it.

This is true. Pickall asked me for sapphire ores or something a loooong time ago. Then after Ludi came out, that girl in Ludi asked me for Magic Key thingamabobs, which I got from Trixters.

I searched for the item ID and the item name in all of the quest data and found nada. I think it's a useless, rare etc item that was going to be used for a quest but ended up not happening.

Not sure if thats for a quest. I never encountered a quest requiring one, yet i randomly found a feather once for no reason.

eh.. little off-topic but Jr Grupins don't drop any special feather. Jr Lioners drop Silk Feathers, not Flaming Feathers. Jr Cellions do drop Flaming Feathers though, along with Red Drakes. And yes, both of them are needed for Quests. Silk Feathers are less rare though, but also untradeable.

On topic: Might as well save em if they take that long to collect... IF they ever gain a use they will most likely be worth alot too 'cause of the rarity >:3

Yo Dawg I heard you like Shoulders, so i put a shoulder on your shoulder so you can put stuff around your should while you put stuff around your shoulder.

Ofc its useless, I mean, Shoulder of the [SIZE="3"]Shoulder[/SIZE], for what the HELL it could be useful for, if theres something like it.
The staff of Nexon were probably like:
"Hey, do you remember what this strange black item should be used for??"
"uhm.. let me see *Reads the info* *LOLS*"
And that way the staff forgets to implent the shoulder of the shoulder in the game. End of story.
