Barrage vs Energy Orb vs Energy Drain

Simply, I want a list of these from strongest to weakest in terms of 1v1, and maybe by how much. Mainly I wanted just Barrage vs Energy Orb, but Energy Drain seems so fast, I just wanted confirmation.

I recall there being a similar thread in the past that had a list of skill combos and whatnot, though if I recall correctly it did not include Energy Orb, and it was before KMST updates. I'm half-thinking Energy Orb might beat Barrage 1v1 because of its speed, and if it doesn't than it's the most useless 4th job skill I've come across.

I've basically run out of things to add to. I only have Energy Orb, Snatch, Time Leap, Maple Warrior, and Pirate's Rage remaining. Maple Warrior is at Level 9 for emergency purposes. I don't plan on getting MW 20 or 30 anytime soon, so that's out of the picture. I'm not going to add to Pirate's Rage until successful Pink Bean battles become common, in which having more than one point might be useful. Snatch beyond level 1 doesn't seem too useful during training in the least. Energy Orb can be useful at bosses such as Zakum or Pianus, only if it outdamages Barrage. Time Leap can also be useful at a higher level, and I will add to it only if Energy Orb has a lower DPS than Barrage, making Energy Orb just about completely useless.

With Faster (2) speed, according to Bui's attack speed thread:

Barrage alone with no delay: 2300%/1830ms = 1257%dps
Energy Orb: 900%/930ms = 968%dps
Energy Drain: 360%/450ms = 800%dps
Barrage alone with pre-KMS delay: 2300%/3240ms = 710%dps

I don't know post-KMS delay, so I can't tell you that. What I do know is that Barrage+Dragon Strike is supposedly the best DPS combo (without involving Orb or STrans) so this might be of interest to you:

Barrage+DStrike: (2300%+850%)/(1830ms+1080ms) = 1082%dps
Barrage+Orb: (2300%+900%)/(1830ms+930ms) = 1159%dps

An unsurprising result, since Orb is both faster than DStrike and slightly more damaging on single hit.

Actually,
Barrage+DStrike: (2300%+850%) / 3240ms = 972.2%dps
Barrage+Orb: (2300%+900%)/ 3240ms = 987.65%dps
Barrage+Orb+Drain: (2300% + 900% + 360%) / 3240ms = 1098.77%dps

Barrage+Dragon Strike is the best combo due to the invincibility frames in both attacks not present in an Orb + Drain combo.

I thought post-KMS delay was shortened to some-amount-under-2760ms. Though that's only what I heard.

...than it's the most useless 4th job skill I've come across.

One of the things that makes DS so great is its range. That, and using a CSB -> DS combo works out far easier and better than a CSB -> orb combo. There's no way Energy Orb is going to surpass DS.
