Or could be drunk. Drunken nakedness is hardly grounds for being classified with childmolesters and rapists, being unable to live within X distance of schools, etc.

Then almost every nudist should be arrested and labeled as a sex offender, as those with kids generally have no qualms about being naked in front of them and encouraging their children to do the same. If anything, this is beyond what a streaker does, as it encourages children to be naked in front of adults. Hell, there are even nudist summer camps for children and teens with adult supervisors.

i don't see how seeing adult genitalia in a non-sexual fashion as a child is going to be scarring or emotionally damaging. it's no worse than walking in on your parents peeing or bathing or what have you. (fsking is a bit different, but...well, you know.)

A lot of people that do such things are mentally ill rather than adventurous. I would imagine when such a person is treated and released from the hospital, they might be pretty fucked up to know that they ran around the streets naked like that. I personally don't find anything funny about this stuff.

Mother Nature bore us without clothes, so why is it wrong? It doesn't provide harm; I mean I can understand a trauma, but if seeing a guys wang or a girls tits then who cares (for STREAKING, not spying....)

Heck, really clothes were intentionally so people didn't freeze to death due to our lack of fur. Ever wonder what life would be like if we did grow fur?
