List of Medals and how to get them

800+ quests? excluding event ones yet...

i dont even think we have that many, INCLUDING event ones. i'm at 430ish and have about 50 in progress and 5 available, so 485. i need another 315+62 extras (for event) to even be eligible...

It also counts sub-quests. Meaning the Alcaster's quest that has 20+ parts while it only adds one to your total count it will count all 20+ for the medal.

So it's easier than you think.

So we're supposed to get S ranks for 5 PQs. Does it base it on the PQ info that appears in your quest window or something? Because if so, I'm screwed; I only have HPQ completed (and it's a D) since those things came out. And seems as if guys too high level can't get the Veteran Hunter.

Not entirely. I've spotted a loophole in this myself. Some of the "invincible" JQ monsters are in fact, level 200. Assuming this counts kills of party members, I've calculated that it would take about 12 hours to get with a full party of Maxed Snipe Marksmen .

Paladins with maxed hammer are probably the best level 200 monster soloers.

Guys, don't worry about the Quest Medal. Trust me, those 400+ quests you see in your completed quest log is actually worth two to three times more than that. You'll be able to claim your medal as soon as it comes out.

Does the 800 quests include chain quests? For example, does "In Search for the Book of Ancient" (chain quest 31) count as 31 or 1? It's only 1 in the quest log, but 31 chain quest.

I have roughly 400 quests done, though it counts as 600. Random guess, but anyone who made it to the Quests Kings thread is almost guaranteed a medal.

Sorry to disappoint, but the (insert boss name here) Vanquisher Medals from the Dojo do expire, so don't waste your time on it.

I has a question. Are the Cygnus medals tradable? If not, can you use Karma Scissors on them?

There's one snag... PG doesn't actually damage them anymore.



The first part went fine but then I couldn't kill them. They were getting 0 damage reflected with PG. You can see I took 108 damage, none reflected back.

The only ones that aren't permanent are the ones that have been labled as 'Time Limited' or the ones that are only for ONE person per server.

I stil havent seen anyone posting how ties are handled. I there are, according to the website 268 characters with max fame, and 56 or so with 1 shy, dont feel like doing rest for 2 shy etc. Do they all get the medal for having most fame in each of their servers? or are there some secondary conditions on who gets, like level (which would likely mean more conditions need apply) character age, who clicks on NPC to get first, etc. And what happens if that person is defamed? does it poof right away, or is there time limit on being #1 again.

I think it'd be the first person to get it keeps it for the month. Otherwise, people are going to keep clicking the NPC and getting it. XD
