No pomegranate you aren't playing the game, unless it is your mage you are leeching it with.
But tell me, what's so bad about it?

Leeching is no different than using a cheat code - some people use them because they can't play the game normally, others because they're too lazy, others because they've played the game once and want to skip the boring parts.
Personally, though, I wouldn't ever leech. I'd much rather do the work myself and be proud of what I accomplished. While it's true that you can pick up any character and play it, there are several minor details that you'd never know without using a variety of attacks/strategies in various situations/places. Leeching encourages a lack of creativity, where people new to playing a job will stick to what other people have done and had success with. I never would've put points in Rush as early as I did on MasPan (lv 15 atm, pumping it to 30) if I didn't train enough at Skele/os to realize how useful more damage from it wouild be in my strategy there (I would've just seen a guide say pump Stance and done that).
Tldr: Leech if you want, but you're missing gameplay and chances to learn the little things that seperate a competent player from a truly good one.

Still didn't convince me what is BAD about it.
This reminds me of the people that are hardcore on nostalgia.
Examples:
Beta Players FTW, I'm from Beta YA! HARDCORE!@
Old School (KHAINI) Players were the bomb! They are the real gangsters!
You should have played maple when there was no 2X CARDS! That's really training!
I'm close enough to all these, and I still disagree with these people. Sure they are memories, but there will always be better things that come out, or make life easier.
It's not like you have to buy the 2x cards, it's not like you have to buy the leech. They are there, they are legit. They are easier ways of training. People shouldn't be put down for using them.
Alot of people are afraid of change.

Wrong. I met someone who leeched up who could play their character better than someone who trained up.

There are always exceptions, particularly when you take into account that individual players can vary VASTLY in age, gaming experience, and many other factors. What I was remarking on was the general leeching public.

What's with this whole "playing your character better if you actually train it as opposed to leech it" bullshi't. You guys make MS sound like a game that requires skill. If my friend decided to quit MS and give me his Corsair, it'd only take me a couple of days to understand basics, learn chains, when tos/when not tos, etc. Just because Corsairs don't hold down their Ultimate button like Bishops/Archs do doesn't mean that they're anything close to complicated; the only thing that would take "getting used to" is the low HP that comes with any ranged class. Anyone who thinks this is debatable is just too butthurt to admit that the way they control their character is nothing special, and can be learned by a 12-year-old in one sitting.

Good luck man. That was possibly one of the best posts. I really couldn't tell if you were being serious or not until you got to the part about the Night Lords. =P

They have their uses, as I said, esp to skip boring/long/difficult things you already did the first time.

Well I decided I'll leech, but 1-65 I won't be lazy and play through most of gunslinger =P
It's very fun right now anyway. I'll probably learn how to play a corsair in a few days at most, lol.

Leeching is fine, as long as you don't turn into a hypocrite in the end.
It's even a plus if you actually leeched it yourself, which makes it purely your achievement.
It might sound offensive to other BMs in Demethos, but I control my character better than majority in Demethos and I confidently would say that I'm the best bosser available there for SE! The leveling is also faster than most because I can control my bishop (at top at Skelegon) while I kill on my BM at the bottom. MapleStory isn't rocket science, really.
My new project is currently on being the first in Demethos to solo BGA/B/Grandpa

Buccs might be there but not quite...
On Topic: Leech your ass off! you have a dam bishop! For Christ sake! I leeched from 75 to 120 and I'm still leeching.. (I want to be 130 before I really use my AM)

Well, you should leech if you want, but don't be going around the server spamming, B>LEEEEEEEEEEEEECHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@.
I get extremely annoyed of the leechers on my buddylist doing that.

False. Been there done that. Nothing to it. Easy.
Seems like all classes either spam 1 skill, or have a order of skill combos they go in.

I leeched and still am leeching my corsair (lvl 124 atm)
I'm pretty good at handling it, maple requires very little coordination
Heck i leeched it from 26-124 in three weeks, now i'm having heaps of fun on it.
I may only have 22 fame, and look somewhat like a hacker, but at least i'm having way more fun on my corsair then i do on my mage.
