I managed to get new pants, and I can finally wear my shield without MW. With that, here's a clean range.

-Old equipments: 15 attack SCG, 55 attack Craven (HAHAHA LOL fail), 18 LUK/1 DEX top, 3att/9DEX PAC, 2att/6 DEX FaceStompers, 15 DEX / 2 LUK pants, 15/15/15/15 Zhelm (clean).

Nice Tristan.. Holy pomegranate @ your CPQ mule haha.. I think I was ohkoing everything with 1.3k range or so? 1.8 clean is insane lol. I'm guessing 1500+ SBs?

Level 128 with TT 25. Highest I could catch was 12.7k one star..

A while back, my brother decided to quit MapleStory, so he gave me his level 131 Shadower. I really enjoyed using BombSquads, it was a nice change from my Arch Mage. Eventually, I decided to make him my main character. One thing I knew was that he wasn't a very good Shadower by the day's standards.

 This is what I had to work with.

I set myself a goal right there, that I would have over 4k range clean by the time I was done. On top of that, I wanted to achieve my goal without merchanting, any glitching, any Gachapon, any Gachapon boxes, any scamming, any hacking, any leeching, and I wouldn't even sell leech on my Arch Mage. The only help I had was from APQ. So after many months of APQing, Leprechauning and hunting hundreds of area bosses every night (no double drop), even with the setback of my Arch Mage's account getting hacked (God knows how, but I kept all my money here). This is the final result.

 I did it!

I may not be the godliest Shadower, I may not even be that good, but I set a goal and I achieved it =) It may not seem that much of an achievement to others, but I know how hard I worked (Rusty knows too, f3). I'm happy with what I've done, and now I'm going to quit MapleStory, because the game just isn't the same anymore.

On a side note, I got a HT pendant buff from my friend, who had just bought his egg. I grabbed some MW 20 and took some screenshots =D

I finally soloed Big Foot. It was so scary yet exciting at the same time. x]

It took roughly 4x minutes. No Apples, only Warrior Elixirs.

I have to say, I'm fairly proud of myself. xD (Though, I'm not a godly Shadower, it's nice to see I can still do things like this. ^^.)

Geez, he really has some high defense though. The highest I could hit on him was 19k. :[

Got a chance to attack some low def monsters... I'm still not very good at taking screenshots. I guess my base range is around 2550 now with cider?



10 dex Black Napoleon ftw... 61 casters + balanced furies are the only real upgrade I've done, I've got 2 sets so far (looking for good prices on black crystal).

That's actually pretty decent damage considering that you're not DEXless. Kudos to you! Hope your Hermit turned out to be as good as mine did, if not, better.

I've about 1.5 billion of upgrades (mostly 12 scg and 20 sets of steelies to replace with fury/cilbi once I get to 120 and don't need so many stars) before I'd really be considered satisfied with my gear >_> It's enough to train with though, and the MoN next level will help.


Wandering through the FM with 130mil and finding nothing I want to buy is no fun can you believe there's not a single 10 dex PAC for sale on Bera?

No one ever starts at the top, lol. So it's ok, takes a while to build up to it. Took me forever to get some of my equips that I have now. lol. Well, wish ya the best of luck!

BTW, a 12 att SCG is actually enough for that kinda level, assuming you don't NX-hoar like most NLs out there. Just get a 2 att FS, and go from there. =)

I do sometimes miss my NL =(

A couple levelups, MW19, and an 11 atk Mark of Naricain helps the damage a lot without costing me much at all.




Oh and my buffed range is close to Devil's... lol.
