Thanks for clarifying, haha.

What's embarassing is that's a really, really common error for new people in tech support jobs.

Ziolet there would appear to be one of our newbie GMs we just got.
S/He replied to my ticket with an obvious template last night, and no mistakes, so yay for learning curves.

Greetings,

Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Customer Support team.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your account.

Unfortunately, once an account is created, the login ID, birth date, and name on account cannot be changed.

We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause you.

Sincerely,

GM Ziolet

Ah well... everyone makes mistakes don't they? This is just a pretty bad one. xD

Also you can't blame them for using these kind of generic messages. If they had to write a response for every ticket they get, they don't have time to adress the REAL tickets.

Don't tell me you thought they actually write their OWN response. Please , it's Nexon.

For common problems, they shouldn't have to.
However, they should actually read the ticket to make sure the template fits the issue before copy-pasting. Goggleemoticon
