About Family Entitlement use

How long does it take till you can re-use Family Entitlements (with rep points) when you've used them? 12 hours? 23hours? 24hours?

I've heard one day, 24 hours. Someone correct me if I am wrong though.

Papulatus doesn't reset until 24 hours after the second to last time you fought him, I thought.

The Family Entitlements don't reset exactly at 12am PST, sometimes it's delayed by as much as 30 minutes.

Well, since this whole 8x thing was apparently fixed, is there any confirmation of the entitlements stacking with a 2x card (not event)?

According to several people, entitlement hasn't worked at all since they 'fixed' it. So yeah, they definitely fixed it so they don't stack, haha.

Lol then that's really lame, but it's just the entitlement 2exp and drop or family reunion doesn't work also?

My family 2x and 2x cards have stacked just fine o_O even since they took away 8x.

Entitlement uses reset at about 12:10am PDT.

All those people are just stirring up rumors. I've used persoanl x2 and party x2, they've all stacked with my card. I've gotten x4 at anego, skeles, and random mobs.

Yes, the 1.5x exp bonus is glitched. It doesn't give you any extra exp, even if you are on 1x exp.
The 2x exp bonus seems to work just fine; with 2x cards or without. This means 4x exp is still easily available. Whether or not this works with 2x exp events remains to be seen.
