Edited skipped mobs and NPCs into the first post. Also discovered the name of Aran's hometown. It's Lienne.

according to you and Spadow, It seems that the new Black Magician's Monsters will be used for the higher Balrog Boss levels..

and also, It's too weird- Why characters from the past [like Helena and him:] has new NPCs in the Lienne's area? it doesn't make sense- otherwise the place will be published as a continue of ellin forest..

also, seeing the NPCs- Tru and Helena, I believe they have a connection.

It is like putting half of the content into the game, the reason why we have had thailand and taiwan mobs in the data translated forever. It is just something the companies do.

It says "Lienne Island". The boat NPC seems to be in Lith harbor. For Ereb, the script for the Boat NPC is "Contimove EreEli"
Ereb and Ellinia, of course.

For the new one, it says "Contimove LieLit"
Lienne and Lith.

Also Athena Pierce is already in Elin, she's the expedition leader. If anything, this may be a totally different time period, after Vic has been settled and explored a bit more. I wanna point out as well that on the passed out Athena sprite, you can really see her Elf Ears very clearly.
