If Nintendo hasn't sued them over the Yoshi doll in the Henesys game room after all this time I doubt they'll sue over the usage off Pikachu noises, especially since those qualify as satire in this context and can be covered by Fair Use due to it not looking similar enough to the real thing to be truly seen as an attempt at character theft (Unlike the Yoshi).
