I bought them in the FM for the low low price of 120 mil (compare to the only other pair of goggles in the FM, which had no STR or DEX, and cost 500 mil).

120 mil was a deal on these, they appear to be extremely rare. It was basically all the mesos I had, but very worth it IMO :p
