1. Is there a best class for ACPQ?
2. Can you get a chair more than one on a character?

Not really. But if we're going to be technical, magicians are probably the best. They have high stable damage to bring down the scorpions' hp fast (and not overkill), and they have no minimum range so other people won't be able to capture your scorpions as easily as from range classes.
2. Can you get a chair more than one on a character?
I'm not sure about this, but you probably can. However, without suiciding your character, you'll likely outlevel ACPQ before getting your second chair.

It's Ariant Colloseum, a low-lvl (lvl 20-30) challenge against other players, similar to CPQ, except it's free-for-all (Not a PQ); the players must weaken the scorpions until their hp is low enough and capture them. The player with the most Jewels (from capturing) wins the match. There can be from 2 to 6 players per match. They last 8 minutes.
However, the players can be Bombed by other players, making them lose about half(?) their Jewels, which others may pick up. I can honestly say this PQ is much better than Kerning, exp-wise.
On-topic:
1. The best classes that can do this PQ are Rogues (Assassins or Sindits with Lucky Seven), or Magicians. These classes can deal the heaviest damage out of all classes at lvls 21-30.
2. Yes, it is possible. You just might have to suicide, like ShadyPriest said, to get more than one.
