I thought the Balrog boss was finalised. Interesting? More interested in Aran changes though, since this boss seems to suck hard.

What do you mean? I don't see anything about the Balrog Boss in Fiel's post.

Okay... official patch notes.

1. ‘아란’의 스킬이 변경되었습니다.
- ‘크리티컬 콤보’의 발동 간격이 콤보 카운트 10회 기준으로 변경되었습니다.
'Critical Combo' actives every 10 combos now.
- ‘더블 어택’의 데미지가 마스터 시 140%로 변경되었습니다. 공격 가능 대상도 최대 12마리로 변경되었습니다.
The damage of 'Double attack' changed to 140% when mastered. It now hits up to 12 mobs.
- ‘풀 스윙’의 데미지가 마스터 시 더블 어택 110% 2번, 트리플 어택 260%로 변경되었습니다. 공격 가능 대상도 최대 12마리로 변경되었습니다.
The damage of 'Full swing' changed to 110% for Double Attack and 260% for Triple Attack when mastered. It now hits up to 12 mobs.
- ‘오버 스윙’의 데미지가 마스터 시 더블 어택 170% 2번, 트리플 어택 190% 2번으로 변경되었습니다. 공격 가능 대상도 최대 12마리로 변경되었습니다.
The damage of 'Over swing' changed to 170% for Double Attack and 190% for Triple Attack when mastered. It now hits up to 12 mobs.
- ‘폴암 피니쉬’의 데미지가 마스터 시 600%로 변경되었습니다. 공격 가능 대상도 최대 12마리로 변경되었습니다.
'Polearm finish' 's damage was changed to 600% when mastered. Now hits up to 12 mobs
- ‘폴암 푸시’의 공격 가능 대상이 마스터 시 12마리로 증가하였습니다.
- ‘훨윈드’의 공격 가능 대상이 마스터 시 12마리로 증가하였습니다.
'Polearm push' and 'Whirlwind' hits up to 12 mobs
- ‘컨티뉴얼 드레인’의 데미지 대비 HP 회복 비율이 마스터 시 8%로 하향되었습니다.
Continual Drain's Damage to HP recovery rate was lowered to 8%.


2. ‘아란’의 일반 공격이 다수 몬스터를 공격할 수 있도록 수정되었습니다.
- 최대 공격 가능한 몬스터의 수는 캐릭터 레벨이 비례하여 증가합니다.

Aran class's normal attack can hit multiple monsters, depending on ur level

3. ‘아란’ 공격 스킬에 데미지 분배 공식이 적용되었습니다.
- 스킬 총 데미지를 맞는 몬스터에게 균등하게 분배를 합니다.
- 맞는 몬스터와 캐릭터 레벨에 비례하여 스킬 총 데미지가 증가합니다.
- 콤보 카운트를 사용하는 공격을 제외한 모든 공격 스킬에 적용이 됩니다.(일반 공격 포함Wink

New damage formula for Aran
Divideds the total skill damage equally to all monsters.
Skill damage increases as no. of monsters hit and char level goes up. (yes, it says goes up as the number of monsters being hit increases. its not a mistranslation.)



5. 무릉도장 진행과정이 일부 수정되었습니다.
- 무릉도장에서 다음 스테이지로 이동할 때, 적은 확률로 거짓말 탐지기가 작동합니다. 거짓말 탐지기를 통과해야 다음 스테이지로 이동할 수 있습니다.
- 몬스터가 소환되는 위치가 무작위로 바뀌도록 수정되었습니다.
- 1일 획득할 수 있는 수련포인트가 3500점으로 제한됩니다. 1일 획득한 수련포인트가 3500점이 넘으면 무릉도장에 도전하실 수 있지만 수련포인트는 적립되지 않습니다.

Point limit on Mu Lung Dojo: can only earn up to 3500 points daily.
Monsters are summoned in random positions.

So no longer will I have to sit around with 0 MP and pray that Papa Pixie feels like summoning? Finally. That's a really good change.

I hope this isn't permanent. It might or might not be hard to get 3500 points in one day, but if you're really working at it, do you REALLY want to be told "No, you must wait till tomorrow to get closer to your goal."

3.5k is a lot. >_> You won't get there in a day unless you're partying with really high levels constantly going through the PQ.

Ah...well it's ambiguous.
I think it means that when the boss monsters are summoned, they dont always spawn in the same spot now, to prevent bots.

No new job data? Rolleyes

At first, I was thinking that Nexon would add on a few classes to go with Aran, but now I'm not so sure. I mean, I think it would be pretty stupid to add one linear class, but now I think they might do just that.

maybe they will add some kind of axe and bluntweapon job? cause to be honest the combo system really is designed for warrior classes :S..
