What is your favourite cure for spiciness?

Milk, if available, if not, water.

Put less spice. Duh. Rolleyes

If you missed that step, drink warm water. It won't take off the taste of the delicious food.

Try hot sauce at a good middle eastern restaurant. You will guzzle water like never before.

SPicy stuff is awesome, but if my mouth keeps on burning, I use milk or bread. Soda, is the WORST thing to use. =O

I eat rice...kind of odd.

the best things are bread, milk, pasta, potates, and stuff like that. I think? it may have to do with the bases that will nuetralize the acids in spicy.

Toothpaste. Makes the spicy turn minty.

If you drink water to take away heat from foods, well, well, I have nothing good to say to you. It's possibly the most widespread and idiotic thing people do to try and take it away.

Now for the best cure Wink yogurt and fruit. Bread is good aswell.

going for a double post here but, try some REAL habeneros or even scotch bonnets will work. Eat a perfectly ripened one like dark red, eat the whole thing in one bite. Wait a minute and tell me how you feel. Nothing will prepare you for the amount of pain you will succumb to
