Grenade while ducking?

Huh. Just noticed you can use the Grenade attack while ducking. Any other attacks that you can?

Meso Explosion, although you're forced to stand-up for 1 frame when you stop exploding...

Exccept even at max it's only like 150% damage, really slow, and doesn't get mastery/bullet bonuses.
