I, too, am quite convinced they come from NLC Gacha. Makes more sense that way... BUT as Worthyness just said, when does Nexon think sensically?

Yesterday TiaraScania smega'd in Scania asking if anyone was doing CWKPQ.

I'm thinking it's a hint and they might also drop from the bosses. No idea why else she would ask that. It does make more sense anyway, making them gach only sucks..
