I think the "Update: The game update has been delayed, and will begin an hour later, beginning at 11:30 pm, and ending an hour later at 8:30 am." was a mistake, because if they were going to start it and end it one hour later it'd end at 5:30 am, not 8:30. It's probably a typo.

There is honestly no proof that the updates they're talking about are the same from KMS/T.
