Nexon America, I now like you.

What can I say? Recently they've been doing a fantastic job. Patches ending on time with minimal glitches, and even when there are glitches there are only a few. They've been providing great content and good events. When there's a signifigant glitch they adress it on the site to let us know that they're not ignoring it, unlike before when they would say nothing about it and fix it next patch.

If Nexon continues at this rate, I may grow to love the new Nexon. Who knew a new CEO could make such a difference Biggrin

I'll have to agree you, Kabanaw. While money schemes such as the Gold Box events will always bring my piss to a boil, the recent content we've recieved (Mini Dungeons, for example), along with better communication with the community (Addressing hacking issues and possible solutions, as well as providing ban lists once again), topped off with the lengthy 2x events and very soon, KMST updates, I can't say I've been happier with how Nexon's handling things.

Is it really the CEO that's making this difference?

I'm assuming that, since all these changes started happening right after the announcement of a new CEO.

You know what it would be funny?
That the content is actually decided by the employees instead of the New CEO. Our last CEO must have quit cuz the decisions he made made him lose profit. So, when the New CEO took over he was lasier than the last and just let the GMS and programmers run the game. However, the new CEO is now paying them in commission so that the new employees can work their asses off to benefit all.

In short, its not the CEO its the GMs that set up all the events, unless the GMs deserted him and hes hiring maple assistants (for FREE) to hoard as much as he can. The new CEO is really a bored rich guy who wants to make money for as little as possible.

Your reasoning is kind of flawed Goggleemoticon. There's a lot of assumption.

Correlation does not imply causation.
