What will the '09 Maple Weapons be?

Well it's May and Maple's anniversary is coming up...
My question is whether or not we're gonna get new maple weapons or the Timeless weapons is going to take it's place. I've searched all over the internet an no luck in finding any information...
Does anyone know??

You 'can't' know unless you extract data, which Fiel is no longer doing, last I checked anyways. Or if he does, he's not showing it to public eyes. I'm assuming Maple weapons will drop, like normal.

He can't extract data that isn't out yet; even if he did he couldn't/wouldn't post it here.

The patch has to be up for him to extract anything that we haven't already seen.

Anyways, we'll probably see the same 35/43 items that we've always seen. 3 years of them straight, so I don't think they will change any. The level 64 items will probably appear again too, since they came out last year and have become a staple for statless in their lower lvls.

Maple Hats dropped for the first time two years ago. Last year, there was a quest. More then likely, they'll keep the quest chain again.

Maple Shields dropped 2 years ago. They didn't drop last year. Anyone's guess for these.

There are also level 64(correct the level if its wrong) shields for warriors, mages, and thieves that are available in other versions. We could see these.

Maple Umbrellas dropped last year. Anyone's guess for these.

Maple Earrings and Capes are available in other versions. We could see these.

2 different sets of Maple Bandanas came out for the first 2 anniversaries. Last year, there weren't any at all. Anyone's guess for these.


That's all I can think of as far as maple items go. It's all speculation as to what comes back and what's new and what doesn't come back. We'll just have to wait and see.

BTW, Timeless weapons are an entirely different thing. They have no relation to Maple weapons.

I haven't seen any new maple weapons in any version. I think this year will be same ol' same ol'.

Timeless weapons require the Time Temple, and, if I'm not mistaken, Pink Bean too.

I forgot all about the level 64 shields and such... I'ma need me one..

I only asked about the time weapons because they seem to be more important than maple weapons..

While Fiel and Vernacular are talking about this year (at least, that's what I'm getting from it), capes, earrings, etc. have been out in past years for other versions. There's always a chance that we could get them, even if they weren't neccessarily in kMS.

EDIT: Woops, forgot about those. The knuckles and guns are almost guaranteed since we now have pirates and didn't have them before.

Not everything, but pretty damn close. There's usually a 8 - 10 month lag between KMST and GMS, FYI.

I meant that gMS also pulls things from other versions even though we generally follow kMS. Sorry for the confusion. :X

You guys might get the events we got, not to sure on that though.
