Dragon Khanjar Price...

So now that Dragon Khanjars come out of the gold boxes, will they remain cheap afterwards? And will they get cheaper as it goes? I've never been around for a box event to know.

With the box event most likely appearing every two months, dragon khanjars will probably continue to drop in price like PACs.

I don't think that they will get cheaper because only 30% and 70% shield weapon attack scrolls are commonly available, which will explode a good number of them, and on top of that, they're currently the best shield for shadowers if I remember correctly.

Dragon Khanjars will deflate, and Shield ATK scrolls will inflate. All of the scrub "Shadowers" who can't afford to scroll their own shields will help the Shield ATK scrolls deflate, and as a result, Khanjars will inflate.

Nexon has kept rotating some of the drops from boxes.
D. Khans are likely to keep dropping IMO.
If they do they will stay low.
If they don't drop again they will rise a bit.

They'll go back up, but not to what they were originally at. The pattern with most items that have been in the gold boxes has been massive deflation to a tiny fraction of the original price, and then slight inflation afterward. For example, SE 20 was like 150m, but fell as low as 15m, and is now around 25m. There's also a lot of LUK shadowers out there that probably won't convert, even though the Dragon Khanjar makes STR shadowers stronger.

I hate/love (Dragon) Khanjars...

They make LUK Bandits convert to STR and, I've never liked that. I felt awesome-er when I was one of the few STR Bandits. But, oh well, I get more Attack and a cool looking shield.

I believe prices will go back up with time, which is why I'm saving mine. It doesn't really matter how often they have this event. Who's to say Dragon Khanjar's will be available next time? It seems they change the list every time this event comes around. If they kept giving the same items over and over, people wouldn't participate in the event often and the amount of people buying keys would drop sharply.

No, Shadower prices are crashed already, most of Shadowers quitted their character because they wanted more DPM. I wouldn't be surprised if dragon khanjars would starting to hit 5~10m VERY soon... And besides that, the khanjar shields are UBERugly...

What Nexon should have done was make ONE shield double of every dagger from lvl 70+...
A double wield of a dragon's tail would look so increadible nice!

They massively deflate, then from the deflation price, it will increase a bit after gold boxes.

Then it's like a cycle from there because they will drop again from Gold Boxes eventually. :f6:

I think there's a more interesting pattern to the boxes than meets the eye.

Boxes come out -> Massive deflation on a few items each time -> Nexon releases something to compete with or replace deflated item -> Replace item from boxes with something more expensive or put the item back into the boxes at a very low rate, and repeat cycle.

It happened with PaCs with the black fist cape, and it's happening to chaos scrolls right now as well, except with chaos' it's different. They just made it drop from monsters.

Seeing as how this seems to be happening to eviscerators and dragon khanjars...what could they possibly release? Common class shield with attack on it?

blackfist is still waaaaaaaaaay too rare. there are what? 3 or 4 in all of gms?

im still waiting for them to put Purple ACs into the boxes. Because, it really seems that they are trying to make a fair playing field with equips for people to use. PACs in every event, now i could easily go out and scroll a 2 att PAC. Shadowers can now easily have an att shield and not have to scroll it and still get an att boost, even LUK shadowers can benefit because of the low STR requirement. Higher lvl bows (90 at least) became available and gave a bit of an attack speed boost. So we can just wait and see what they put in the next event.

I would rather they upped the pathetically small rate for ele wands/staves from the boxes than add PuACs. A deflation in those would be nice, since it seems they also have a pathetic drop rate in CWKPQ.

Nexon defenitely needs to increase the amount of Ele weapons in the game. They advertise they come form nearly everything (Gachapon, gold boxes, CWK) but the rate is so low it doesn't matter.

And I should probably get a Dragon Khanjar soon, before the prices rise again. I'm planning to convert my Bandit to Strength at 120 to use one.

Also, what do you think will happen to the price of TT 30 after the event? I'm holding on to two and want to sell them mid-summer.
