Is aasasubs the same group that did a few Soul Eater episodes? I think I remember them pulling some pomegranate like that if it was them. They literally translated over 3 sentences of dialogue into "Yeah", and just completely skipped some other parts. Not to mention a complete pineappleing lack of QC.

According to MAL, they're worse than AoShen, which says a lot. Highest approved they had for one series was 3, but it was out of 40. Most were 0s.

Saki 3: This show has the worst supporting characters. All the opponents scream of generic (..rich girl with a maid and a wacky laugh, "tough" opponents who think they'll win but lose in the first round..) and annoying. Good thing I watch this while doing math homework, so I just watch the good parts with Saki and glance over the other parts.

Slice-of-life + growing up + sports goes together pretty damn well.
The best pacing I've seen in quite a while.

K-On! ep.4
It's exactly what you'd expect from a K-on! beach episode... little more than moe in bikinis. Mio is adorable but that's about it. The best part for me was reading Coalguys' subs... they were horrible this week ("aren't those are my pajamas?", etc...). After all the bashing they gave Chihiro, you'd think they'd at least proof their work. They even changed a little in the ED... it's worse now.

Higashi no Eden 03: Woooooaaaaaah. I'm disappointed that guy had to die, but damn, that was interesting.

K-ON! 04
Not bad, really.
There were some really great moments.
The part where Ritsu and Yui roll over, "Laughing like Barnacles" and Ritsu's following laugh, "Who are you?!" and more.

I didn't particularly like the forced fanservice, though.

Oh, and this episode made me into a Ritsu fan.

K-ON 4: I really liked the scene with Yui and the fireworks. I agree that a lot of the scenes felt really forced. I wish they'd get to the actually performance parts, since that's the only theme that I want to see more of, but the preview doesn't seem to suggest any of that.

Sengoku Basara 3: Yukimura got worse. I lol'd at Kagura actually swooning visibly, and right in front of everyone, but overall, I really don't like her character. I dislike the ninja even more though, he thinks he's so cool trying to flirt with Kagura. Masamune and Takeda are still cool though.

Higashi no Eden 3: What's with those wings on the dog?! Good episode overall, and I like the way the plot is going, but I really am more interested in Saki and Takizawa's relationship... they did hold hands in the beginning and some other stuff, but I want even more. The short girl in Saki's college friends (did they mention her name?) was also pretty awesome.

OH WOW. This OVA is a blatant attempt to get out-of-shape otakus to work out through fan service. At least this ensures that otakus will get a "work out" in one way or another.
