1/40,000*1/200=1/8,000,000
Still, that's .0000125% chance of it working, which is still rediculously small.
And since I s'pose even having the possibility of it would make people whine, it can only be used on the first slot of non-weapon equips :U

Taking these at face value (even if you called it a joke), there's still the possibility of 25 att SCGs, 64 INT overalls, 100avoid saunas, and 2500HP hats.
