Family Entitlement EXP+ 2X Card= ?

Is Family Entitlement EXP supposed to stack with the 2X EXP Cards?
I want to be sure if it's a glitch or not before I try my hand at using it.

It does, weather or not it may be a glitch is up to Nexon. They haven't commented on it at all. So, yes right now it's possible to get x8 exp.

There was a thread about it made by me in the General section some time ago.. and yeah, 2x EXP events, 2x EXP Cards and Entitlement 2x EXP all stack.

JUST WONDERING! Does x2 drop actually stack with Monster book buffs? I wanna know for Goblin hunts D:
